Demeter oversees the ongoing health of Soteria’s Managed Liquidity Pool. It maintains stability by monitoring the pool composition and performing rebalancing actions only when needed.

Core Responsibilities

• Oversees deployment of liquidity within the TERMS/WETH Automated Concentrated Liquidity Pool.

• Determines when capital should be actively deployed and when it should be withdrawn for protection.

• Monitors whether liquidity positions remain within predefined price ranges.

• Places position in Defensive Mode to minimize impermanent loss.

• Redeploys liquidity when the market has stabilized and price has remained in a defined band.

• Keeps liquidity productive and aligned with current market movement.

• Ensures the Vault remains in high-efficiency mode with minimal manual oversight.
